The Science and Innovation Park includes more than 2km of hardstanding, 50m-wide runways, and smaller roads perfect for temporary outdoor storage.
With customisable plots, from small to large-scale, these private, secure spaces offer flexible storage for industrial equipment, construction structures, touring stage management and more.
Indoor storage
The Science and Innovation Park’s 545-acres offer a wide range of secure storage facilities. Facilities include warehouse-style indoor accommodation, smaller light industrial buildings, and shipping containers, ideally suited for long-term deep storage or low activity short-term lettings.
With 40-years of collection management experience at the site and several existing cultural sector partners, we are well placed to accommodate heritage collections, artworks and sculptures, artefacts, touring exhibition equipment, and vehicles at the Park.
